Shipping policy

We provide free shipping on all products including bikes. 

If your bicycle arrives with damaged packaging, we recommend that you do not accept the delivery, so that it can be returned to us for inspection. 

Bicycles are assembled in store, checked by a mechanic, then repackaged for shipping. Reassembly will involve fitting the front wheel, attaching the handlebars and pedals. This is straightforward for most cyclists, however if you are in any doubt it is very important that you have the bike checked by an experienced mechanic before riding. You should also check tyre pressures and the bike in general for shipping damage prior to riding. 

If safety critical parts such as handlebars and wheels are not attached correctly, it could result in serious injury or death, and we accept no responsibility for accidents caused by incorrect assembly of your bicycle.
